Property & Amenity Security Terms
By submitting this booking request and agreeing below, the guest agrees to abide by the following terms regarding the security and proper use of the property:
- Care of Amenities & Inventory: All facilities, furniture, electronics, appliances, and farm/resort amenities provided are in good working condition. Guests are expected to treat all property with care.
- Damages & Losses: The primary guest assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, loss, or destruction of resort property, amenities, or inventory caused by themselves or members of their party.
- Damage Deposit / Payment Authorization: Any repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence, intentional damage, or unreturned items will be charged directly to the guest's primary payment method or deducted from the security deposit.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking inside non-smoking designated rooms, unauthorized alteration of equipment, and removal of resort/farm inventory from the premises are strictly prohibited.
Safety, Liability & Code of Conduct
- Use of Amenities: Guests use all amenities—including swimming pools, farm areas, outdoor play equipment, and common grounds—entirely at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Personal Belongings: ED Joseph & George Farms is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables, money, or vehicles parked on the premises.
- Farm Safety & Wildlife: Guests must respect farm boundaries, animals, and agricultural machinery, and must not enter restricted maintenance or operational zones.
- Quiet Hours & Conduct: Please respect other guests and neighboring properties. Loud music and disruptive noise are strictly prohibited during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
